By accessing or using the anonde.io website, the live demo, or the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
02What this covers
These terms apply to this website, the in-browser demo, and the waitlist signup. They do not apply to the Anonde software: the library and Docker images are licensed separately under the Apache-2.0 license, and your use of them is governed by that license, not this page.
03The live demo
The demo is provided for evaluation only, on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with no guarantee of availability or accuracy. Please don't paste real secrets or personal data into it (see our Privacy Policy for how demo input is handled). You agree not to abuse it: no automated or high-volume requests, no attempts to overload, disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the service, and no unlawful or infringing content.
04Acceptable use
When using the site you agree not to interfere with its operation or security, not to
scrape it beyond what robots.txt permits, and not to use it to break the
law or infringe anyone's rights. We may suspend access that threatens the site or other
users.
05Intellectual property
The Anonde name, logo, and the content and design of this website are ours, and all rights are reserved unless stated otherwise. This is separate from the software: the Anonde engine is open-source under Apache-2.0, and that license governs your rights to the code, not these terms.
06Waitlist
Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It doesn't guarantee access, a place in line, pricing, or any launch date, and we may change, pause, or discontinue the waitlist or the product at any time. How we handle your email is described in the Privacy Policy.
07No warranty & liability
The site and demo are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anonde is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site or demo.
08Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; we'll move the “last updated” date when we do, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Anonde is an independent project and is not yet incorporated as a company; these terms are governed by the laws applicable where the site's operator is based, and once a legal entity is established this section will name its jurisdiction. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under your local law.
